players (who, if they don’t already play, might like to
learn - we are very tolerant!), will be held at the home of Ruth

CHALLENGE
1. Can you spell out all the words
"Ashbourne and District University of the Third Age"
in a better way to avoid the non-words OFR & FN shown
in the example ?
CHALLENGE
2. Using the illegal layout of words shown on the
left, BUT placing them anywhere on the board, try to score
the maximum number of points.
a)
in which square would you start ?
b) how many moves would you take ?
c) what score would you achieve ?
Normal
Scrabble rules apply except i) no need to start on central
square ii) no bonus for putting down 7 letters
in one go.
